- Will I incur fees over time if I am not able to delete my account?
No, you will not incur fees if you complete the account closure and profile deactivation process here. Please note that fees will continue to be charged for as long as assets remain in your account. - What do you do with my data after I’ve closed my account?
For accounts opened on the Network Wealth platform, we may retain account data for up to seven (7) years. This is in line with Network Wealth’s record keeping requirements under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and associated Regulations. - Who can I contact if I still have questions or concerns?
