Information for Officers or Owners of Public Companies

Modified on Wed, 1 Nov, 2023 at 1:34 PM

Officers or owners of public companies are individuals that make executive decisions on behalf of a publicly-traded company, own 10% or more of a publicly-traded company, and/or have someone in their household who does.

For regulatory purposes, if you identify as an officer and/or owner of a public company during onboarding, Network Wealth will follow up to confirm:

  1. the company name(s),
  2. the position(s) that you're associated with,
  3. the stock ticker and exchange it appears on.

If you do not currently identify as an officer and/or owner of a public company, but your status changes in the future while being on the Network Wealth platform, you need to disclose these details so that Network Wealth can update your profile.

If you have any questions, you can always reach out to our support team.
